Tutu Pan Pan (GALLERY NOW SADLY CLOSED)

Tutu pan pan is a community gallery and has been set up both as a means to provide space for local artists to show their work and as a more general creative space, for music, talks and performances. Our hope is that through the gallery and the events it hosts we might begin to see a community of local artists built, creating momentum and then encourage and support the new ideas that stem from this.

Rather than just setting up another gallery in Salisbury, with space for rent, at Tutu pan pan we hope to provide a more interactive and provocative experience, where questions are posed and ideas discussed.

Our doors are open to all with ideas for how to use the space and hope to see, art works, music, poetry, book readings, films, dance etc. offered as skills worth sharing. We encourage all to come down and see the space for themselves and we will be happy to discuss ideas and terms for all possible events and ventures.

The Gallery is working in conjunction with The Trussell Trust, a local charity and all proceeds from our first year will be donated to them. For this reason and for the general running of the place we need your support in the form of donations, the space only remaining open if the interest and support merit it. I for one, think that we would do well to keep a small flexible art space open but would encourage you to come down and decide for yourself.
